Anton is offering professional music lessons for the evolving guitarist. He has been teaching music for over 15 years and, currently, gives guitar lessons for all ages and all levels from "beginner" to "advance".
Group classes, private and semi-private lessons are taught in a fun and relaxed setting in a nice home studio built with solid equipment for teaching and recording. Upon learning the basics of reading and technique, students may wish to benefit from a variety of styles (Classical, Jazz, Rock and Pop) or stream into a single area.
Students will be able to participate in “Band Projects” with chosen styles of music, where they will experience the gratification of applying their musical skills blending a bouquet of different instruments with other students.
Anton has a big collection of tunes, presented in full lesson format, with standard notation, tablature, and audio files, including “jam” options to play as well as listen and learn.
He provides an excellent opportunity for students to participate in festivals, concerts and
community events in an effort to develop the value of performing experiences.
Anton strives to instill the fundamentals of music, feeling of time and rhythm, as well as hearing and aural skills in his students . While technical, sight-reading and all
other abilities on a chosen instrument are important, understanding rhythm and acquiring a musical ear are primary in establishing a strong foundation.
Additionally, these fundamentals are the building blocks of musical creativity.
Anton majored in classical guitar and, now, he prepares students for RCM exams for all levels.
Anton's goal is to inspire students and audiences to achieve a deep appreciation
for the many aspects of guitar music and to instill a respectful dedication for the beauty
and discipline of music that will enhance all aspects of academic and personal achievement.
It is his objective to give his students the best possible education.
